Home Listing Photography
Prices are based on homes under 3,000 Sq.Ft in San Joaquin and Stanislaus County. Outside prices subject to change. (name does not change quality)
Standard Photos
$115
Our standard package is great for homes under 1,500 sq.ft.
Ex: condos, apartments, or small investment properties.
You will receive between 10-24 HDR photos for this package. Drone is not included.
Deluxe Photos
$135
Our Deluxe package is great for homes between 1,600 - 2,100 sq.ft.
Ex: Town home, New build, Regular home
You will receive between 25-35 HDR photos for this package. Drone is not included.
Premium Photos

Our Premium package is great for homes between 2,100 - 3,000 sq.ft.
Ex: Custom Home, New Build, Mansion
You will receive between 36-45 HDR photos for this package. Drone is not included.
Drone Photos add on

Adding drone photos to any listing helps showcase the size of the lot, location, and all things near your home like parks, schools, shopping centers, etc... This gets you 5-10 drone photos.

Video Only
$195
Video only covers the interior and the exterior. With a 2-3 min virtual walkthrough. This video package comes with your MLS compliant video as well as your branded version for social media.
Video and Photos
$325
Video and photo is the most popular option. You will receive an MLS compliant video as well as a separate video that is a branded realtor version for social media. This package offers 30-40 HDR pictures and a 1-2 minute long video walk through. Does not include drone.
Video and Photos Deluxe
$400
This package is for larger homes with more acreage and more amenities such as pools, shops, basketball courts, barns, etc... You will receive an MLS compliant video as well as a separate video that is a branded realtor version for social media. This package offers 40-60 HDR pictures and a 2-3 minute long video walk through that includes some drone footage and HDR drone photos.
Extras
Drone Photos Only
$70
This option will get you 5-10 HDR drone photos of your property which are outlined. We don't even have to go inside so this is perfect for homes with tenants that don't want to be bothered.
Drone Video Only
$120
If you are trying to showcase a large lot or show the exterior of a beautiful home but aren't able to show the interior for whatever reason, this option is a great one! You will receive an MLS compliant video as well as a separate video that is a branded realtor version for social media that's 1-3 minutes long.
Drone photos and Drone Video

This package offers the 8-15 HDR drone photos of your property outlined and an exterior video of the property. You will receive an MLS compliant video as well as a separate video that is a branded realtor version for social media that's 1-3 minutes long.
Real Twilight Photography
$150
Stand out with twilight photography! Get a full exterior shoot to showcase how great the home looks at night! This option comes with 10-20 exterior HDR photos.
Twilight Conversion
$20 per
This option is an edit to a single front day photo and make it look like it was taken as a twilight photo.
About
My Story
Throughout high school I took a liking in videography and photography and made videos for myself and for extra curricular classes. In 2017 I moved to Modesto from Southern California and took on a job with a local Real Estate team to do their marketing and home listing photography. This job turned into 450+ houses photographed/videographed and tons of social media marketing.
2022 I am starting my own photography business and I'm excited to take these next steps!

I have had the privilege to shoot many homes, events, and people. Whether I am shooting a home in Modesto or a corporate event in Sacramento, you can rely on me every time.
